The Smart Categories for Cumulus Sites implement the hierarchical category tree known from the Cumulus Client in Sites. The category tree is neatly arranged and very easy to use. Category tree levels that are not required are automatically closed which holds the tree as slim as possible. By a click of the user on a category, the level is opened, the category is highlighted and a category filter is set and the search is performed.

Additional settings in the configuration file allow to automatically open a category path at startup or when the user switches to another language in the Sites web application. The category path can also be used as the first category filter. The catalog name, which is usually the top-most category can be hidden, if only one catalog is displayed in Sites.

The Smart Filters for Cumulus Sites implement a fully configurable filter tree for the Cumulus Sites web application. This filter tree is a list of fields and filter conditions which is neatly arranged and very easy to use. It uses checkboxes to allow the user to specify filter conditions and even the selection of multiple filter conditions inside the filter fields is possible.

All filter options of the tree can be specified by the administrator. The filter options can be created based on the field settings (for a lot of field types) automatically or the admin can use so called 'custom queries' to specify the filter options he would like to display to the user. By creating 'dummy fields' that are only used as placeholders it is possible to create really flexible filter options based on field values of different fields.

The Email Order System Pro for Sites is an Email Order extension to the Cumulus Sites Option for Cumulus 8.x or higher.

With the help of this extension, the Cumulus Sites user can order files from his service provider by email. An order form will be displayed which can be configured by the administrator of the website.

The new version supports the multi-language content of the Cumulus Catalogs, introduced by Canto with version 8.5. Asset Actions, Catalog Names and Field Values are displayed in the language of the connected web user. The new Multi-Mail feature allows to configure an asset based responisibility which can be configured in the Cumulus Catalog. This feature allows to have different email order recipients that are responsible to process the order based on the selected assets. So an order for 10 assets in the Collection Basket might result in up to 10 separate order emails (+ one main email that contains all information for the standard order recipient).

The order emails are now sent with order attachement files containing the list of ordered files.

The new release makes life of the Cumulus Administrator much easier, as it comes with brand new Admin Pages to configure the EOSP settings. The new $Disable-Permissions (Cumulus Server Permissions) allow to disable permissions (that have been activated for all users) for single users.

The List Search EJaP is an extension to the Canto Cumulus 8 product family for Single User, Workgroup Client or Enterprise Client. There is also a version for the Cumulus 7.x product family available.

The software allows to search for records in the Cumulus catalogs specified in a text list. This can be e.g. a list of filenames, product codes, article numbers, etc.

The new version implements a new search function: a search query can now be performed on all the records in all the open catalogs or it can be performed only on the current records (in the current collection). A new reference list informs about the filenames that have been found for each seperate search condition.

A log informs about empty search results of single queries or if the single results contain more than one record at a time.

The new version of the Cumulus Importer has been optimised for Cumulus 8. The new multi-threaded application can import metadata up to 10 times faster than older versions, because it makes use of the new Canto Java Classes 8.

The Cumulus Importer is an extension for Cumulus to import information from a text file into a Cumulus Catalog. With the help of the software you can import information from any other database system, Excel spreadsheet or text list.

Creating categories and list field entries is now a 1-step-process and can be done while importing into records.

You can specify the Character Encoding of the import text file (ISO-8859-1, UTF-8, ...).

The new version now fully supports the Canto Multi Catalog Collections, so you can have a lot of different catalogs open at the same time while importing metadata.

An optimized user interface makes it even more comfortable to confige the imports and save the configurations in Import Scheme files.
