The UMP4 Admin web application helps the Cumulus Administrator to set the users permissions inside the Cumulus web application.

All the functions to save permissions and configuration parameters are disabled in this example web application. We have configured some example users. Find detailed information about these users and their permissions below.

Important: our Cumulus Version has only 3 Client licenses. So if you try to connect to the UMP Admin Web Application or UMP3 for Internet Client Pro, we apologise for any inconvenience if there might already be 3 user connected.

The User Management Pro web application for Cumulus Web Publisher Pro is available online.

You can use one of the User Logins listed below to access the web application. We have configured different users with different user permissions. You can also log into the UMP Admin web application to see how the user restrictions are configured.

When you click on one of the user names to go to the web application, the username and password will be set accordingly.

User Permissions are defined for the following users: (click on the name to go to the Login Page) Guest (Guest access) William (English User) Pierre (French User) Fritz (German User) Francisco (Spanish User)
Catalogs:	User Management Pro 4 Example Catalog. Remark: the user is only allowed to see this one catalog, therefor an AutoLogin is performed (new UMP4 feature!) and no catalog selection page is displayed.
Records:	The user is allowed to see all records of the Cumulus catalog.
Categories:	The user is allowed to see all categories of the Cumulus catalog.
Language:	depending on the user: set to English, French or German, Language selectable by the user.
Remark:	No other UMP3 restrictions have been defined for these users, so they can see all records and all categories and they can download/convert/email all the files in the catalog.
Limited User (click on the name to go to the Login Page)
Catalogs:	User Management Pro 4 Example Catalog. Remark: the user is only allowed to see this one catalog, therefor an AutoLogin is performed (new UMP4 feature!) and no catalog selection page is displayed.
Records:	LIMITATION: The user is only allowed to see the records of the TIFF files in the Cumulus catalog.
Views:	LIMITATION: The user is only allowed to see the Thumbnail View and the Record Information.
Master Categories:	LIMITATION: The user is only allowed to see the $Categories master category (Category Tree).
Categories:	LIMITATION: The user is only allowed to see the 'Images' category (and all sub categories) of the Cumulus catalog.
Download/Email:	LIMITATION: Only the files with category 'Company' assigned can be downloaded (or e-mailed).
First Search:	A first search for all the TIFF files is performed.
Language:	set to English, Language selectable by the user.
